We really dig into “where you’re at” and where you really want to go. We talk about your comfort levels and pain points in a safe, non-judgy environment.
This deep dive even includes internal staff interviews, client reviews, website analysis, content dissection, past and future campaign breakdown and analysis of key performance indicators and goals.
It’s important to enter this phase with a very open mind, and we might find some elements that could immediately increase margins for you!
We take all that we learn from the Discovery phase and get to work! We start mapping out “what’s possible” within your organization and figuring out how all the elements will fit into a marketing process.
We also take a broader look at your industry at a whole and the markets you sell in, with special attention made to decoding competitors efforts.
This is where the data meets the road and gives us some real insights into the ways we can make the biggest impact for you.
This is the big moment!
We’re going to deliver a plan of action that makes sense based on your goals and the opportunities within the market.
Here’s where we talk about the strategies we’ve developed for putting a marketing process in place. This is a relationship and we want comfort and commitment on the strategies before we start down a tactical road and put a calendar of activity in place. You will have questions, we will have answers about the whys and why nots of the plan!

This is like Monopoly… we don’t pass Go until you’re excited and ready to move forward with a plan of action.
Here’s where the “doing” comes in! This phase is different for everyone but is the road map for success.
This is where having a great marketing process in a structured system is critical. There are lots of moving parts to the road map and a system keep everything on track and seeks to eliminate missed elements.
Implementation starts with a master calendar of activities and then is broken down by areas (content, paid search, emails, etc.). You’ll know whats coming up so you can plan and stay brilliant, “Why yes, I’m glad you got that offer in the email this morning! Let’s get you started with that special price! I do have the inventory and people to make that happen tomorrow!”.
We’ll “own” making things happen so you can focus on the things you like doing, like your business.
Unlike many other firms, we pretty much insist on some sort of regular review for activities and results.
We find that many firms would rather kind of forget you pay them every month and expect results.
We review the amazing, measurable results you get from your campaigns and also see which ones are kind of stalled and they need help getting on track.
We’ll take this moment to put some reality in place… not everything will be a super star home run out of the gate. That’s why having a strong marketing system in place to identify opportunities for improvement in real-time not 3 months later is so important.
A great system makes adjusting elements faster with a pre-set creative problem solving strategy rather than what looks like a fire drill.
Along with review, we produce reports that are easy to read and illustrate things that are important to you. A 25 page quarterly report is painful to read at best, and at worst doesn’t help you make great decisions while they still make sense to make.
Remember, this is a marketing process, and part of the process is adjusting regularly while still owning actions.
